Some of our users are having an issue connecting to one of our wireless networks.

The issue is really weird, people will be able to connect one day and unable to connect the other day.

Sometimes, it will work for weeks, after which it won't work for a month again.

Some users don't experience any issues at all.

We've had some technicians come over to look at the configuration of our network, but they were unable to locate any issues in the configuration.

There's both Windows machines and Macbooks that have this issue.

We've tried updating drivers, disabling anti-virus software etc.

Are there any other things we can do? Any help is appreciated.

We were looking into problems with the users' PCs at first, but it definitely seems like there's something wrong with the configuration of the network.

Will be looking into the DHCP setup for sure.

How exactly would I check for a routing loop and a spanning tree problem? All of our hardware is from Cisco and maintained by an external company.

I'll be able to access the hardware as soon as my supervisor comes back, which is in a few weeks. I'll try to see if I can get some info earlier.

I'll keep you updated, thanks for you suggestions.
