Hi all
I have a Billion 7300G wireless router. My devices (Windows Vista laptop, Samsung Galaxy S3) work fine wirelessly, except when my housemate is home. As soon as she is home, my devices drop in and out constantly. They stay connected to the router, but largely without internet access. She has an iPhone, iPad and Macbook.
The router firmware is up to date. I've tried assigning static IPs to my devices, keeping them outside the range of the Billion's DHCP, but it made no difference. Additionally, occasionally when I turn on my Galaxy's wireless it won't connect and shows an authentication error. It definitely has the correct password, and eventually does connect. Again this is only when my flatmate is home.
I should also say that she reports no problems with her devices. Also I can connect via ethernet no problem.
I've also used WiFi Analyzer to find the best channel, and I've disabled IPv6.
The wireless signal is fine, it's always strong. Anyone got any ideas?
Cheers
