Question wireless keyboard not typing after installing new mouse

Had a wireless keyboard and mouse combo from advent which ive been using for a while. After plugging in my new g502, the keyboard doesnt type anymore. I've looked on the device manager and it claims it's working fine, but nothing types. I switched back to the wireless mouse and now it works again. I'm clueless as to whats going on.

What is the brand and model of the keyboard/mouse combo? If you have the new mouse and wireless/bluetooth adapter connected, are you able to control the cursor with both mice while the keyboard is the only device not working?
