Wireless LED light showing orange

I have a Laptop that is not connecting to the internet..the wireless Led light is orange and its not picking up wifi networks..i tried various methods.. pls how can i fixed this problem.

Yes i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the wireless drivers.. several times.. still didnt work
