Question Wireless Mouse no longer works

Windows 10 - Asus 470 MB

The wireless mouse that I have used with this machine has stopped working

1. This mouse works fine on other machines
2. A wired mouse plugged into the same port works fine

The only change I've made is to install an NVME on a PCI card. The NVME works fine and the mouse worked previously with a different NVME installed on this card..

The mouse also does not work in the BIOS so it isn't a Windows problem.

Any thoughts?

What is the mouse?

Does it use an USB dongle?

Logitech Mouse with dongle.
I have removed the PCIE card and the mouse still doesn't work, but works fine on another computer 3 feet away.

I have

replaced the batteries​

set the BIOS to default​

rebooted several times​

It is a UEFI Bios so the mouse should work in the BIOS.
Wired mouse works fine both in BIOS and with Windows
