i bought steelseries qck today.mousepad is very comfartable to use nd my mouse is smoothly sliding on the surface without any force, but, thats not the case with the cursor. My cursor is moving dramaticallly in any direction, stuttering, shivering and somtimes even misses the movement. As soon as i take off the mouse pad and place my mouse on desk or other flat surface,it starts working correctly

I m using a wireless logitech MK320 mouse with only one dpi level.

Mates wht might be the problem.Have i wasted my money?Should i go with any other specific mousepad?

Please HELP!!!

I have the G400 and a Steelseries QCK and have never experienced anything close to what you've described, nor have I heard of anything similiar. What DPI are you using? What kind of mouse is it (optical,?)
Maybe it's a defective mouse that just doesn[t work with that surface, ask the company by email

I have entire searched the forums and logitech official site to hunt some information regarding DPI and sensor type, sadly, there wasn't much help.I m not even having the box (in which it was delivered)with me.Though,I think its optical mouse with fairly less DPI as its less expensive and tweaked for home/office use

I feel so sorry for you man, that sucks, I don't know if it is a defect that is causing that but most likely since mouses should work on every mousepad, especially a highly popular one as QCK. I really think you should contact them still, maybe they will offer you help, or maybe they will be generous enough to refund you and let you keep it (Amazon has done this for me once).

ok so it's definitely the mouse, I think it's defective, i think u should just return it if u can, and get a different one (try getting a used G400 or something like I did). I got mine for $30, the good thing about getting used/manufactured products is that you are guaranteed to recieve a working product (unless the seller was misleading with his description of said product). My used G400 has lasted me over a year so far and it's honestly one of the best mouses out there. It works with my QCK, so it should with urs 😛

If u can't return it, just garbage it, plain and simple. It's a cheap mouse, just buy a better one, and if ur gaming never use those mouses, they have horrible responsiveness, trust me I've used one already
