Wireless network adapter windows 7

Hello,I have a new MSI netbook. I cannot connect to my neighbor's wireless network with this netbook. The error message is always: "reset the Wireless Network Connection Adapter" which I can't find on my netbook. Is there a solution?

If your trying to connect to your neighbor's network with an internal or external with no external antenna chances are it is a reception issue. What are the RSSI levels?

You can download netstumbler, and it will give semi accurate results of signal strength.

Is the neighbour's network using wireless security ? If you have his permission, try getting him to turn it off temporarily and see if you can connect then.

If you don't have permission you are being a very, very naughty boy.
