Wireless Networking Large House and Outside

I just purchased a large house with 5 acres of land. I am interested in setting up wireless networking in the entire house. Currently the WiFi signal will not carry in all rooms of the house. I am thinking of adding two wireless access points on the interior and two exterior wireless access points so we can use our laptops, ipods, and ipads at our pavilions by the pond and by the creek. Networking cabling will be ran to each room in the house as well to the wap locations. What I am trying to determine is the best "setup" to do this. Anyone have any suggestions?

have 2 or 3 wireless router connect them using bridge and spreed your network as big as u want
