Wireless Printer wont connect to devices in a Switch

Hi I have HP Printer that is connected to my wireless network. I then have a 5 port switch which is connected to the router via Ethernet power socket adapter. The switch is just a basic T-Link SG105E. The setup works fine with no hit on speed etc. However I have found the devices connected to the switch do not communicate with the printer to print wireless.

For example on my iMac I have to turn the wireless on so it can find the printer. So the issues seems like it is with the switch but I cant understand what it is as the switch is connected to the router. Yes I can print by just turning the wireless on computer however it defeats the purpose of having a switch and I also want to fund out the root cause.

Any help with this is much appreciated.

Find out what IP range the computers on the switch get vs what they get on wireless. Sounds like the two are on separate networks.
