i am trying to set up router to 2 computer and a laptop have the router but no soft ware

Don't need any software. To set up, refer to the quickstart leaflet that came with the router or download the manual.

Basically you first connect a computer to the router by ethernet cable and put the router's IP address in the address bar of your browser. Log in to the router's user setup screens.
