Wireless USB or wireless PCI

I am looking to buy a cheap wireless USB adapter or wireless PCI card. I have found many different ones. They have loads of 5 star reviews but they also have many 1 star reviews. I don't know whether to get this one but it seems to be good with 95 - 5 star ratings!
