Hi ppl,

Here is my situation. See if you can help please.

I've got 3 sites (but only really have to use 2) all about 3km (not more than 5 for sure) from each other. I would like to link them together and Wireless seems to be the thing. If anyone can tell me what I must look at, where I can find it or info about it and a price I would really appreciate it.

your looking at microwave or other satelite system for wireless over that distance, why not get two routers, and get a couple t-1s from the phone company? there is another solution but last i checked it was not good over 500 meters, you could place a laser transiever on each roof and point them at eachother, but obviously that requires line of site.

how do you shoot the devil in the back? what happens if you miss? -verbal

If you have a clear enough shot there are some articles on how to build an antenna for wireless using a pringles can and some other supplies. You still have to get a box to transmit and recieve the signals to the antenna, but saves on the cost of the antenna itself.
