Question Wisa Soundsend power supply bent pin

I was troubleshooting some problems with my Wisa SoundSend and accidently bent a pin in the port for the power supply. I don't have any tweezers small enough to fit inside and straighten it and have been trying to figure out how to open this thing up but there is literally nothing online about how to do that and there are no openings or screws in it that I can see except this key shaped whole. I'm not much of a hardware guy so I don't know what it's called but was wondering if anyone knew how to open this thing up, or if it's even worth trying to fix the pin if that will make it work? I don't know how to upload pics on here if someone can help me do that so I can show what I mean.

Thank you

Is this what you see on the back end of your device? if so, the only way you can bend that internal connector is to use tweezers, ones used for electrical repair but please be warned that they can also snap off. After they're bent back into place, they can snap off in the charging cable/connector.

If and when that happens you're going to have to disassemble the unit to desolder and resolder the connector on the device. You should contact a reputable repair shop local to you.

The connector is a Micro-USB type-B port.

Host your images on a site akin to Imgur and then pass on a link for us to see.

Alright thank you very much! Yeah I kinda assumed I would end up having to take it to a repair shop, just wanted to make sure first, appreciate it.
