Wise Package Studio Custom Actions for file access settings

Hi. I've tried using the feature for setting security on folders and files in a wise package studio project, and it seems not to work at all. So I was wondering if anyone know what I need to do to create a custom action that runs cacls for me after the files have been deployed?
