Witcher 2 chapter 2 help (WEIRD GRAPHICS GLITCH IN CHAPTER 2)

rocks are blue, faces are almost red. Same colour issue continues when playing. My graphic drivers are updated.

I have reinstalled the game twice
I have the gog and steam versions installed both suffer the same issue.

That looks normal to me. The Witcher 2 has lots of really strange graphical bugs.
