In the Nvidia app, it found the Witcher 3 Game, and it does allow me to use DLSS Override Model Preset, and I set it to "latest". Setting this, does it just set it for the:
1 - DX11 (\Gog Galaxy\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt GOTY\bin\x64\witcher3.exe
2.- DX12 (Gog Galaxy\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt GOTY\bin\x64_dx12\Witcher3.exe
3 - Based off the game itself (regardless of .exe)
I realize that you dont need to launch the game using the app for this to work, but I want to be sure that the latest model / dlss4 is being used for this game, because I prefer to play in DX12. WhenI do launch the game from the app, it always brings up dx11.
I guess what I am not understanding is if the model preset gets applied to the .exe file itself, or to the game directory ?
