Solution T T Tanvirkamalb May 19, 2017 I had this issue. Changed from Borderless Windowed to Fullscreen and it fixed it.

Crossfire is great but you need to do a little research - often on a game by game basis. http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/Optimizing-The-Witcher-3.aspx EnableTemporalAA to FALSE should solve it. Gonna need a combination of all of the above to make it smooth. Crossfire is supported in witcher 3, some setting is throwing you off. Upvote 0 Downvote
