why nvidia gtx 750 ti is able to handle witcher 3 even though it is below minimum requirements with the power consumption as of a entry level graphic card.
are minimum system requirements not true..

Solution
Minimum System Requirements are just the level of components that the game developers will support. If you have an issue and your system does not meet the minimum system requirements, the game developers are not required to assist you beyond saying, "upgrade your system".

if the game will play on the consoles, it will play on a 750ti. the consoles are reportedly running the game at a lower than "pc low" settings at 1080p. the 750ti should be able to at least manage low settings and likely as patches and drivers mature, performance will raise 5-10% as they usually do.

Wolf nailed it. It saves them a bunch of headaches. But if the 760 can handle 22 FPS on Ultra + AA then the 750 TI which is essentially a 760 will have no issues on lower settings. Technically speaking all laptop GPU's "don't meet the requirement", but my GTX 970M outperforms my R9 280X in Witcher 3 and most other games.

the 750ti is NOT essentially a 760. the 960 is very close in performance to the 760. but there is a known issue with kepler generation cards right now with TW3, nvidia is working on a new round of drivers to fix this. in the above graph, the 780, titan, and 780ti scores above should be much much closer to the 970s score.

750 Ti and 760 performance should be similar though (at least this was the case with my friends 650 Ti compared to a 660). And yea the Witcher 3 is doing some weird things because according to that Crossfire doesn't even work with the game due the 295X benching lower than a single 290X. I just know my GTX 970M can run the game at Ultra w/ no AA and its playable. I run at a mix of high and ultra though. Haven't been able to test my 280X yet because my desktop's water pump is waiting replacement.

correct me if im wrong, but the 750 ti line uses maxell chips
