with windows live it downloaded all my mail but now will not update

Set up the Windows live and down loaded all my emails and then it has stopped working, Tried deleting the account and setting up again but exact the same happened again

Who provides your email?

Yahoo? Outlook? Gmail? Or do you have your own Domain? etc
