Wmic error keeps on popping up

WMIC.EXE-Entry Point Not Found
the procedure entry point could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll.

Everytime I close it it just keeps on popping up

Anything get installed or uninstalled right before you started getting this? When exactly does it start? WMIC errors can actually come from a bad CPU if you rule out all software issues.
