So my girlfriend got apeshit drunk and rolled my PC over a full 720 degrees and then stomped on it a few times, denting the case.

It won't turn on. Big surprise right? No fan spin from the PSU or the case or the hyper 212. No beeps. FML.

Built it myself about 2 years ago. Wasn't looking to replace it yet as it still performs very well.

Unplugged and tested all the cables on the PSU. PSU fires up when the 24 is connected to the tester only. Tester showing all leads are up 100% functional.

Mobo is showing no signs of life beyond the green power indicator.

Tried systematically unplugging to minimum viable startup and still nothing.

No signs of capacitor dmg or cracks chips bends etc..

Anyone have any thoughts?
Its an i5 760 so it won't be an easy replace with the 1156.

With the board outside the case leave only CPU and CPU fan installed, make sure that both 24 and 4/8 pin cables are connected and start the system. See if the CPU fan is spinning.

Wow. Just.... wow.

When you plugged your psu into the tester and powered it up did the fan spin? If so I would say your psu should be fine. If it didn't and you are knowledgeable with electronics and how capacitors(dangerous) work try replacing the psu fan and trying again. If you are not familiar with the dangers of capacitors then get a new PSU. Even if it powers up do not use it if the fan is not working!!

Other parts may be more difficult to test. Find a friend with an 1156 socket and test your cpu in that. If it works, well... then it works. Same idea with your GPU and your RAM. Your mobo will take more effort to test. Find a friend who has components that are compatible with your mobo and try powering up. However if everything else was working fine it would likely be your mobo.
WARNING: there is a risk of damaging working components by pluging them into broken components. But because this would depend on exactly what is wrong it is tough to say how likely this is or the extent of potential damage.

Also, do you use a large cpu cooler. If she rolled it over twice the excess weight of a large cpu cooler can damage the cpu socket or board. If it's the cpu socket there is a chance that the damage would not be visible.

And before you replace any broken components you should replace the girlfriend first. Just joking.... sort of.

Just noticed that you did post your CPU cooler. With your case doing a 720 with a hyper 212 in it I would say your have a better chance than not that damage to your mobo occurred around your cpu socket.

My mobo sits on a removable mounting plate; when you say "outside the case" do you mean take the mobo out and set it on some plastic or take it out with the plate still attached?

Yes, on some plastic (cardboard). Start it with a screwdriver, by shorting the 2 pins corresponding to the case power switch -disconnect the wires from the case front panel (to rule out a broken case switch).

Tried this and nothing.

Then it might be a broken board. At least the CPU fan should spin, when starting the board. Try though testing the power supply with the paperclip test. Connect a fan to a PSU molex connector and see if it does spin.

Case fan powers on when connected solely to a running PSU (while 24 pin is on the PS Tester) through a molex.

[Update]: So I went out and got a new motherboard (she paid for it lol). Also picked up a new processor because my i5-760 didn't really fit on any new motherboard because of the short-lived 1156 chipset.

Packages arrived today. Plugged everything in. Checked my motherboard risers for shorts. Set it up breadboard style.

Press the power button: CPU fan, front fan, PSU fan and rear fan all spin for a quarter turn (and their respective l.e.d. lights when applicable turn on) and then stop.

Unplugged everything systematically and still no post. Any ideas this time around ?

What motherboard and what CPU?
Try starting them outside the case.
