Wondering about my ram performing so poorly

I recently ran this test on UserBench and it shows that my ram is doing a really poor job. I hadn't realized it before, but I guess it is a potential problem.

I'm wondering if anyone here might have a solution. The test says Unknown, but the ram brand is Avexir. Perhaps it's just shoddy ram?

Editing for ram model. Ram is this based on the model number.

Yes it's a 4x4gb kit.

Solution
That RAM model is not listed on ASUS QVL, but the motherboard supports 2133MHz and higher speed RAM and up to 1.75 voltage.
Go to the BIOS and change the Memory Frequency from Auto to DDR3-1866MHz or DDR3-2133MHz
Then go to DRAM Voltage and change from Auto (1.500V) to 1.600 for DDR3-1866 or 1.650 for DDR3-2133MHz.

I search the Avexir website and I could not find that RAM model on their support site. I only found that kit on Amazon and eBay, which makes me very suspicious.

Avexir does not have any 4x 4GB kits, which makes me think the RAM might not have come as a kit from manufacturer.
If the motherboard BIOS could not automatically run the RAM at a faster speed, the timing (CL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS) could be set manually. But the timings are needed to accomplish that task.
Could you download and run CPU-Z, click the SPD tab and post it.

Sure thing, I'll attach a screenshot if it lets me. I figured out the reply feature as well. Real desktop only I guess.
Perhaps I worded it incorrectly. I don't think they sold it as an actual 4x4gb kit, I just meant that's currently how I have it. I bought it from a friend, so I don't know his original method of purchasing Perhaps 2 kits of 2x4gb.

Which motherboard model do you have?
It looks like to run the RAM at faster speed, more voltage is required and we need to know if the motherboard supports that.
Also, it could happen that when you populate 4 RAM slots speed automatically drops.

I have the Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
