Wondering if this will work well together & expected fps?

Would this work well together? What FPS should I expect for Assassin's Creed Unity on 1080p ultra (I know that the game is poorly optimized, just curious)?

Yes you're right, the game is poorly optimised, that's why it's hard to tell how much performance are you going to get.
But you should have playable framerates @ 1080p. Especially with Crossfire.
