First off, I realize that this might be overkill but I am still curious about what fps I can expect to get from these PCparts for CS:GO.

CPU: i5-4690k @ 3.9ghz
GPU: EVGA Nvidia 980ti
Power Supply: 800watt
RAM: 8gb G.Skill Ripjaws 2133mhz
Hard Drive: 256 Samsung SSD
Secondary Drive: 1TB Seagate
Motherboard: MSI Z97S

Counter-Strike is the only game I play and I am buying a 144hz monitor so that's why I picked the parts I did. If I missed anything please let me know.

Exactly what he said. Definitely going to be around 300 fps for those parts at highest graphic settings at 1080p. I only have a GTX 970, my processor comes nowhere near the i5-4690k, and I still maintain FPS above 200 99% of the time. You're pretty much going to see perfect FPS especially with that 144hz monitor, and you definitely shouldn't notice FPS drops (i.e. heavy smoke). I have a friend who's build is nearly identical to yours and he gets such great FPS on highest settings that he just caps it at 300 and it's still perfect. Hope you notice a good skill improvement like I did with my graphics upgrade.
Also add me if you're around MGE-LE level and you want to play MM http://steamcommunity.com/id/tadfm

I would play with you (I'm MGE), but my aim has been shit lately
