Wondering where to mount my radiator

I am relatively new to computer building, and have a few questions. I have an i7 7700k and have about 100 dollars to spend on a cooler, so I've decided to get the H110i V2 for some overclocking. I don't know how push/pull fans work, and I am quite confused on where to put my radiator in the first place. I have an NZXT H440 case, and my computer is in a nook of my desk, so airflow could be limited. If that impedes my preformance heavily, let me know. Thanks!

Solution
all you have to worry about is installing the fans both facing the same direction. there is an arrow usually on one side of the fans to tell you which direction of the airflow is it pointing to.

you can do both ways
* top mounted as exhaust (both fans arrow point away from the case)
* front mount as intake (both fans arrow pointing into the case)

as for top mounted. make sure you have 140mm chassis fans that are used as intake fans.
for front mount. you dont need to install top fans but you can if you want. one exhaust rear fan is enough.

Thanks a bunch. Is there a way so that I put the radiator on the front as intake and put the case fans I have on the front now as exhaust on the top?
