Question Won't boot after i enable graphics

Hello,, i have
CPU- AMD Athlon 200GE 2C/4T
MOBO- Gigabyte MB GA-A320M-H 1.1 AM4
Ram- Kingston 4gb 2666mhz

so basically after i enable graphics card (intergrated) it just crashes (BSOD) and when it restarts it wont continue after splash screen, windows 7 splash screen couple dots circle around and it just freezes and stops... restarts itself and promts "... start ywindows normally or repair"
but if i enter safe boot it will boot just fine, and when i disable graphics in safe mode i can restart it and it works just fine,, boots normally, but then again i try to enable graphics in normal boot bsod happens, and its all over again...

so basically,, it wont let me boot while graphic card is enabled,,, only in safe mode...
pleasee help )

What version of windows are you running?
Did you reinstalled the OS if you built this PC with a used hard drive?
Did you tryed reinstalling the drivers?

if you disable the graphic, how did you see anything on screen?

bios up to date?
