Question Won't boot to bios

Last night my pc shut off by itself and when I turned it back on it said something about windows repair and then shut off again and only would look like it's turned on but wouldn't display anything. I tried resetting cmos and it worked one time but I didn't click enter on enter bios fast enough and it shut off and no matter how many times I try to reset the cmos it doesn't display anything at all but it looks like the pc powers on every fan is moving and all lights are on. I even tried removing the cmos battery for ten minutes and putting it back in and it didn't enter bios. Please help
