I have the key ready, but when I try to install windows 64bit it really doesn't like it. My PC Specs are as follows : CPU : AMD FX 8350 CPU COOLER : Msi Dragon Liquid cooler 120mm GPU: NVIDIA GTX 660 2gb Ram : Hyper X Fury 1888hz 8gb Motherboard : ASUS M5 A97 LE R2.0 Question. Is there a reason I cant install the 64bit version? and can I fix it somehow

'The Windows website'....
What link, specifically?

I've tried that on the DVD and USB and from a download

And you're booting directly from the install media (DVD or USB)? Not trying to start it from some other Windows install...

I have tried that by selecting the DVD/USB devise in the BIOS and it still didn't work

Found this on a Windows 8.1 Update FAQ site:

Can I update from a 32-bit version of Windows to a 64-bit version of Windows 8.1?

If your PC has a 64-bit capable processor (CPU) but is currently running a 32-bit version of Windows, you can install a 64-bit version of Windows 8.1, but you'll need to buy it as a DVD and perform a clean installation. You won't be able to keep any files, settings, or apps when you update from a 32-bit to a 64-bit version.

I'm not certain the upgrade version you downloaded is viable for this type of upgrade. Personally, I'd just try to get your money back from G2A and then purchase an OEM DVD version of Windows 8.1 from a reliable source.

The link is of the actual windows website and the key works fine, I'm just wondering why I can't install the 64bit version of Windows 8.1 on my machine. G2A Is a very reliable source and have used them before. It's not the Code or the download

Opinions differ greatly on that.
(and there is but one opinion that really matters, Microsoft. G2A is not a valid, legal reseller)

But to your issue:
Does it give ANY error message? What exactly does it do?

Yes, I realize the link is an actual Microsoft site and I would personally disagree that G2A is a reliable source (but that's just me).

No, the point I meant to make was that the link G2A gave you was to an UPGRADE version of Windows 8.1 and I don't think you can UPGRADE your Windows 7 32-Bit OS to Windows 8.1 64-Bit OS. The FAQ I linked (also a Microsoft site) states you need to purchase a Windows 8 DVD to change your OS and I believe, you're required to get the FULL version and not an UPGRADE version (OEM or Retail is your choice).

2 issues here:

1, you cannot 'upgrade' from a 32bit install to a 64bit install. It must be a full reinstall

2. If you purchased an Upgrade license, then it must see an existing OS to 'upgrade' from.

I think you bought the wrong thing, in more ways than one.
