Won't Output Video (First Build)

I just assembled everything and the computer is starting. The CPU and PSU fans are both spinning and the GPU is heating up. I can't get video output to my monitor or TV. Please help!
 
Solution
It's likely your hardware drivers. But check all leads between hard drive and motherboard are clicked in correctly.

If it's drivers then you will need to find a way to install the latest ones for your version of Windows (from your motherboard's website, or maybe even from the disc provided)

That will of course require you to get into Windows...does it happen every single time?


I got the graphics card working, and Windows is installed, but when I boot into Windows it shows the first loading logo and then immediately blue screens. I've checked everything and I can't get it to stop blue screening. HELP!
