Hey guys! Let's start with specifications

MOTHERBOARD: MSI 370A Pro
CPU: Intel i7 8700k
Cpu fan: Noctua DH15
RAM: ballistix sport 4x2 RAM
PSU: corsair 650tx
GPU: ASUS GTX 1060 6GB

Noctua Dh15 is connected to CPUFAN1, it does not start spinning on when trying to boot, EZ debug light says Cpu not found/error, I put in the cpu according to manual, have also checked it and saw no broken or bent pins, the socket as well with a magnifying glas. The rear outtake fan is connected to SYSFAN and does not start spinning as well. checked voltage on the Noctua DH15 CPUFAN1 connector and it reads 12v. The cpu light Led debug lights up straight away. I have not let the motherboard boot for longer than 2 minutes because I'm afraid.

Gonna try remove gpu, all extra fans as well only 1 ram stick.

What could potentially be the issues here?

Sure, try to connect your components one by one trying to eliminate the chance of having sth broken ;)

CPU Error is gone running on all JFP1 connectors and Cpu fan, together with 1 four GB Ram stick, Cpu fans spinning. What should I connect next? Should I connect peripherals such as keyboard and mouse to see if I get into bios?
