Question Won't wake up

My set up is Mb: asus h310m tuf gaming plus Ram: 16 gb 2600 Cpu: Intel core i5 8th gen
Windows goes to sleep, fans are running but the power button is blinking as it should. It does not wake up though.
So far I have tried :
Updating bios to the latest version Disabling and enabling fast boot Making sure I have the latest drivers installed. Making sure the keyboard can wake the computer up though drvice manager. Restored the mb to default. Updated to window 11. Ran troubleshooting from windows.
Does not wake up. Hibernation is also the same behavior.
What can I do?

Alright. I fixed it by changing the mb's battery. I don't know why or how but the motherboard wouldn't work as expected on the other battery. I can sleep and shutdown the pc now without any issues.
