Word Processor That Automatically Flags Certain Phrases

For my work, I do a lot of writing that involves writing the same thing multiple times per day. Because I do not want to repeat myself (and because double checking Copyscape takes too long some days), I was wondering if anyone knows of any word processor, feature, or service of any type that will detect and notify me during my writing when a certain phrase has been written. I am currently using Windows 7 and using Word 2010. Thanks in advance.

That's an interesting approach, but how would I create something like that for multiple phrases? Do I insert this object via a file or something else? Sorry, I never mess with the Objects portion of Word.

Personally, I never had to toy with that feature either, but there are many webpages that explain how to do so.
