So I just purchased a 3rd monitor.
I currently have a Asus VG278 144hz and an ASUS PB287Q
The 3rd monitor is another Asus VG278.
I have an MSI 980TI Strix. I currently have my first VG278 running over DVI-Dual Link, and the PB287Q on Display Port.
So I have 2 Display Ports, and one HDMI port remaining.
How exactly could I use my 2nd VG278, and take advantage of 144hz (main reason why I got a 2nd). I was looking into HDMI 1.3 cables, but I keep reading different statements, some saying it does 144hz, some say it does 120 hz, 60hz etc.
I saw I can buy an Display Port to Dvi Dual Link adapter, but I want to avoid spending that $80.
Any help would be appreciated.
