Hey guys I had just built my new PC and it didn't turn on at first so I fixed some wires and messed with the front panel. I had turned it on with luck and heard my fan and the front led turn on. This was a good 15-25 seconds until I flipped my PC on its right side to test the monitor. Then it shut off? Could a wire have maybe been loose? I mean it was on for a good time.

This is not enough information to go on, People would need to know your build because it could be anything from your psu is so low you can't power everything to a bad part to somethings loose. You should upload your parts list for everyone and maybe a picture if you can of your build. But yes, check your wires, check everything! I honestly don't know but trying to help with an answer at least.

Its all good, I am probably not the best to help but did you make sure your motherboard/cpu/ram had the right socket types since you didn't list the make/model. Since you flipped it back over and it shut off you could have made a cable loose I have one that connects to my motherboard that is pretty weakly attached due to poor design.
