[SOLVED] worried about my ryzen voltages..

my ryzen 7 2700x is running on it's stock voltages clocks and everything. once I go to bios the voltage is around 1.350 - 1.495v and I think it's too much.. when I'm playing games the clock speed is at 4ghz - 4.2ghz with the stock cooler and in most games the temp is alright

I had a similar issue with my 2700X going to 1.55V. I had to set a negative offset voltage to get it down.

thanks but does that damage my cpu over time as u asked in ur post?

I didn't really get an answer on that. I much prefer to be below 1.5V than above it. So I was happy with my results. Like you, temps were never an issue.
