Question Worse performance after GPU upgrade

Upgraded my GPU from an EVGA 1060 3gb version to a zotac 1070 8gb

Rest of specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
Zotac 1070 mini 8gb
Team Dark 16 gb 3000 MHz ram (2x8)
Mushkin 512gb (boot drive with games)
WD blue 1tb
Seasonic something of other its fine lol


Games like ARMA 3 and insurgency sandstorm I’m getting an FPS of 30-40 with drops down to 10-15 at points. Uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. Not sure what the problem is!

Yeah temps look fine. They don’t gradually go down either just stay lower before the card even heats up.
