llc is load line calibration its to help your cpu stay stable by allowing a certain amount of extra voltage when the cpu is on load,
can you post the exact settings you are using in bio's don't leave out any details

is 1.5v the stated voltage for your ram? I think this is too low, you may need to bump up the CPU/NB frequency to around 2500 whatever is closest on your list,
If you have the box for your ram or check kingston website i reckon 1.65v may be needed

ive raised the ram volts to 1.65 its corsais xs3 and it needs the 1.65 :D

but back to the point, the nb freq is now 2390 if im correct, now its stable 4,3 ghz 1.404 volts but its kind of high =(

my goal was 4.5 ghz with <1.4 volts, i think i cant never achieve it, tried everything, cant even get to 4.4 without crashes / bsods under 1.4

Getting to 4.5ghz on less than 1.4v seems unrealistic if you look in the amd overclocking club thread at the top of the forum most stable overclocks to that are using 1.45v to 1.5v to keep stable

max temps are

60c socket
49-50c core

IBT , standard test.

1.37-1.38 volts 4.3ghz

to me they feel kind of high... i have ninja 3 with mx-4 paste and kind off push / pull config.

i would probably re-apply the paste but im just too lazy to take the mobo out of the case, unplug everything, reseat cooler etcetc..

are these too high or OK?
