Worth upgrading to the PS4?

I own a PS3 and ultimately use it for entertainment like Netflix Spotify music on the TV maybe sometimes play games.

Would it be worth upgrading to the PlayStation 4?

If your PS3 covers your usage why upgrade? You may come across some new games on the PS4 that you like, that would require an upgrade.
I'd save my money and wait until I actually needed an upgrade.
