Worth upgrading?

Hello,
I purchased a Biostar barebones kit about a year ago and was wondering if it's even worth upgrading or if I should just save and purchase a whole new computer. I don't know much about computers and had a terrible time getting it up and running. That link is pretty much what I have. Should I purchase a new power supply and graphics card or just save and get a new comp. If upgrading is viable, what should I get?
