Would a 1000w PSU be good enough for my system??

Yes it would make a huge difference playing on 1080, you lose frame rates moving up to higher resolutions.
about 30-60 fps on high. Even when i turn it down it doesnt seem to effect anything that much. I noticed that when i zoom in i lose like 30 fps and then it slowly goes back up but the fps is constantly changing

DOwnload/install/run HWMonitor

DO the same for Prime95 (default blended is fine, just run it on 6c/12t)

Do your core clock speeds scale up to/maintain at least 4.3 GHz or so? Observe the temps, ensuring they do not approach 100C, if they do, perhaps you are throttling...what's your CPU cooler?)
Is your RAM XMP profile set to 3000/3200 MHz? (to match capabilities of whatever you have installed)

Temps are fine. Never over 70c no matter what im doing ( rendering ect) I have a corsair aio cooler ( forget the name something like h115i)

i dont know much about the bios but i think i did turn it on. When i go task manager the speed on the ram says 3600mhz and thats the speed of the ram

I hope everyone in this forum gets this notification. So i installed arma 3 on my ssd as i saw some guy on youtube who did it and when i loaded up into King Of The Hill fps was great at spawn. Around 70-90 and then when i got into town it got to like 50 minimum. Just wanted to say thanks so much for all your help. Really appreciate it 😉

Well I guess that would depend on what the Youtuber's hardware and settings are vs what your hardware and settings are. Plus it would also depend on a whole bunch of other different variables like what monitor and resolution he was playing at, what game settings were being used (sometimes turning off features results in higher frame rates) and things of that nature. If we had a bit more info like that to go on that would help to determine exactly what the problem here is.

He had the same as me. I7 8700K & a GTX 1080TI. Im at 1440p and think he could be at 1080p but it still boosted my fps a <removed> tone with having it on the ssd
