Solution
Yea like to prevent overheating i think?
Srry if the previous question was dumb
No, it wasnt dumb, i was just confused as people often tend to forget how important case airflow is : )
Do you have a rear exhaust fan in your case?
If not, get one asap, it should drastically improve your airflow, as i suspect the case has only a rear exhaust fan slot.
Your motherboard for sure has a 4 pin fan header, so just plugg it in there and you can even control it, but thats anothet story.

I would be concern with the "cheap" HP power supply. The RTX 1030 is rated for 300 watt system and the RTX 1060 is rated for 400 watts system. Your PSU is a 460 watt, so it is getting close to limits and it is pretty generic low end power supplier.

Also, are there any other problems recognize with my specs that would prevent me from using this gpu in my pc?

Actually that AcBel PSU is limited to 380 watts on +12 volt, so even less usable for upgrades, but a GT 1030 probably ok.

Actually, yes, there could be.

The PSU in that doesn't look to be a "standard" ATX mounting. I would check that and open the case to be sure that the (motherboard) plug ends were "traditional" as well.

Prebuild PC makers like HP, Dell, and so on will sometimes go out of their way to make sure parts aren't off the shelf compatible.

Make sure to consider the measurements of the card and the available space inside the case as well.

Another issue I see is the RAM configuration. Assumably an 8GB stick and a 4GB stick. Need some matched RAM so it can run in dual channel mode (if the mobo has it).
