I have currently an ASUS GTX 960 OC installed and I remember being a bit worried about how much space it took (I also have a CM 212 Evo which took a bit of space), and now I'm worried I won't be able to fit a stronger card like the 1070 I'm aiming for in the future.
I don't know how to read sizes, could someone please check if the 1070 (size here: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/10series/geforce-gtx-1070) would fit?

Solution
1) Case YES: Graphics cards up to 430mm in length may be installed in the upper four slots. That could fit a Titan.

2) Motherboard YES (it has the required PCIe 3.0 x16 slot).

You should be good to go!

Thanks for putting my mind at ease! If for whatever reason it doesn't fit due to the fan, is there anything I can do?

It shouldn't be an issue, so I wouldn't worry.

That said, IF for some bizarre reason there was a space issue you could simply remove the top fan from the front. There is still going to be a bottom fan (in front of the HDD rack) pulling air into the case. It wouldn't be ideal cooling, but it would be a perfectly easy workaround.
