[SOLVED] Would a gtx 1650 bottleneck an i3 6100?

i'm planning to upgrade my prebuilt dell vostro 3667 with an i3-6100, 8gb of ddr4 ram,240w psu (yes that's enough power for the gpu)
and the only good option i can find locally is the Zotac GTX 1650 AMP and the MSI GTX 1650 Ventus XS OC which both have the same price
and i was wondering if a 1650 would bottleneck my i3-6100

A dual core cpu is going to run modern cpu heavy games very poorly regardless of gpu choice. So it will depend on the specific game.

As for 240w being enough I highly doubt it is enough to run it safely. What is the claimed wattage of the 12v rail?
