[SOLVED] Would a gtx 970 work well with my system?

I was looking into buying a new card, but with this market it looks hard to get anything, I have the opportunity to pick up a gtx 970 and I was wondering if it would work well with my ryzen 5 5600x and msi b550 motherboard. I just personally want a card that I can play some gta and valorant on with around 100-200 FPS on medium settings.

It should work fine. Make sure the card is in good condition and your PSU can handle it.

Seems okay to me. 970 is modern enough to handle the newer systems today. It's not like you're jumping between multiple generations of hardware interface to do so.

You should also make sure the card will fit in the case of your computer. Many prebuilt computers on the market today won't take a full length or full height card. If that is the case, you may have to find a card in mini-ITX format or low profile to fit.
