would a intel i5 7600k run in a H170 asrock mb

I have an i3 wity a radeon 480gpu and was wondering cause I might be able to do this in steps new part each month and was wondering if I buy a core i5 7600k will I be able to run it in a H170mb without damaging it till next month then maybe get a *270.

Yes you can. Just make sure to upgrade the BIOS and everything will be fine

hmm tempting wonder if id suffer a significant amount of performance i might actualy try this out for a few months before changing to a *270

I have another question this time reeverse. would a core i3 6100 run smoothly on a z270 motherboard? eventually will upgrade maybe at once or in meantime that would allow me to OC processor if find a good sale as I have a h170. so out of curiosity wonder if a z270 would run and could I overclock my i3 on it
