Would adding GTX 1050 TI and another 8gb 2400mhz Ram greatly improve Ryzen 3 2200g?

I can say that using R3 2200g Vega 8 is horrible on Assassin's Creed Origins alone, how much more Odyssey.
I'm running it at Lowest settings using R3 2200g and 1x8gb 2400mhz still, I'm only getting 21 fps average. My goodness, if there's an option to choose ultra potato settings, I would choose that.
I'm seeing forums that game performance will improve if gtx 1050ti 4GB is used, but, what kind of improvements are we talking about? Are we talking about high settings, stable 30fps and above? or low settings 40+fps?

I just upgraded this system from a8 7600 + gt 730 to ryzen 3 2200g last week and I'm planning to buy the following the next month or two:

gtx 1050ti 4gb
1x8gb 2400mhz(so that I'll get 16gb)

Would this help?

Hey, I also have Ryzen 2200g + 16gb(2x8gb) 2400mhz hyperx + GTX 750 ti. (no budget for GPU upgrade yet) I am able to play decent games on low settings. right now playing custom settings for ME: Shadow of War no issues. Unfortunately, Vega 8 APU won't do at all for AAA games. (Vega 8 is good for Dota 2 and LOL) 1050ti would work will definitely give you improvement but if you can hold and get 1060 6gb I think this would be best. (What I am doing now , only diff is I already have 16gb and an old but decent 750ti thanks to my brother)

Also, Vega 8 is only compared to gt 1030

Yup, saw that as well but I am considering power consumption.
GTX 1060 6gb 120W
RX 580 8gb 185W

But other than that either of the 2 would be best.
