Question would appreciate a recommendation for a 27" gaming monitor for eye strain/health

lately blur and glare bother me, was testing the gigabyte m27q-p and had to return it to store, since it was too much painful to stare at. (tried to mess with the setting and even displaycal profiles, with no real benefit ) .
was thinking about the dell s2722dgm(slight curve) but they dont have it on display so cant test it, and prefer flat screen generally. if anyone has it, i would love to hear their thoughts.
as the title suggest looking for a recommended flat (or very slight curve) 27" that you have good experience with regarding eye care and hopefully doesn't break the bank (under 400$)

This is not a technical question.

If blur and glare are bothering you then you need to visit an eye care professional.

All the more so if painful.

Make, model, size, settings, fps, resolutions, etc. will not help.
