the 1030 is only 720P capable even when paired with a good CPU...; alas, pairing it with a weaker CPU could be a trying experience...; but no, disabling integrated graphics won't help the CPU any with it's somewhat FPU-challenged performance...

i used to use a GT 1030 but i had no problem running games like CSGO at 1080p max settings around 150fps.
