I am aiming to have 2 separate SSDs. One for the Windows Boot Storage and one for everything else (like the Games, Downloads etc...) however I have heard that some motherboards deactivate/can't use certain slots when another slot is in use. That being said I am pretty certain that PCPartpicker doesn't cover this in their build compatability report which says if your build will work or if there's an issue (like a missing Sata cable or something else). It does however list in the Resource Usage if a connector is covered by something and cannot be used. Will all the PCIE and RAM slots on this board still be able to be used or will I need to swap something out (like the Motherboard or GPU) to be able to run both SSDs on this PC?
Do note I am aiming to keep the build under £1700

This is when you look at the manufacturers spec sheet.

3x M.2 ports, all usable at the same time.
