I game on a 60Hz monitor and i do not like anything more than 60FPS i tried 120and 144 but idid not like it, call me weird but its my preference lol. I know i will need a new Motherboard and i would get the GIGABYTE G1 Gaming GA-Z170X-Gaming 7 and i guess a set of G.Skill 4x4GB DDR4 memory and i do not know what speed of memory to get because i do not know much but as long ass its faster than 1500MHz of what my DDR3 memory is now. But back to the topic, will upgrading to the i7-6700K be a huge performance gain when comparing to my i5-4690 i am using now?

If you're using Task Manager, right-click the graph and Change Graph > Logical Cores to view all threads. But since GPU is at 100% you should be fine, so you're only solution is getting a second GPU.

I'm guessing you play games on max max settings, correct? Like anti-aliasing all the way up, God Rays, correct? Yeah that makes sense, that stuff can even be rough on 1080p.

Nah from what benchmarks and such show even a Titan X 2 way SLI sucks ass because you need to turn almost every graphical setting on medium or low to play it at an ok FPS at 4k. I would rather play at 1080p with EVERY graphical setting up as far as it can go and get a 60 FPS than that. We are a farrrrrrrrrrrrrr way from playing games at Ulrta, 60FPS, at 4K my friend. Especially at an fordable price. Hell even a 980Ti 2 way SLI can not handle 1440p on some AAA titles on Ultra which is why i am stucking to 1080p because some people may love playing games with the Settings on low at 4K but i find that idiotic.

On AAA title games that look good yes it is 100% load on GPU and the CPU is like 80%. How do i check what % load is on each core while gaming?
